How to Claim Your Ecard

Once you have successfully completed your BLS class, the instructor will upload the name and email address you provided within 24 hours. It is then up to the American Heart Association to send you an email providing a means to download your card. The following information gives more details on accessing your card

Within 24-48 hours you should receive an email from ecards@heart.org

Please check your junk and spam folders if you can't find the email. Follow the instructions provided to download and print your ecard

If you don't receive your email within the time frame mentioned, or would like to check sooner, go to 

 ecards.heart.org/student/myecards 

Remember you took the BLS Provider OR BLS Recertification class

Enter your name and email provided at class.

Follow the instructions to claim your card

If you are unable to locate your ecard with the above options, contact Community Care CPR through email (Art@CommunityCareCpr.org) and we will help locate your card.
