About the Instructor

Art  served for 40 years as a pastor. During 20 of those years he was active in his local volunteer fire department in the positions of firefighter, EMT, and CPR instructor.

Because of his experience, he is ideal to help churches who are interested in providing CPR classes for their members or even for their community at large. He is familiar with church culture and needs. His heart is with the Church and has established Community Care CPR specifically with the Church in mind.

While Art's passion is obviously for churches, he loves to teach anyone and would be willing to come to any location that would have a minimum of 4 students.

Through his years of experience, Art is a gifted teacher. He seeks to make the class informative, interesting and directed personally to each student's needs.

Art has been happily married to his wife, Pam, for over 45 years. Both Pam and their eldest daughter are nurses. Their youngest daughter is a pastor's wife in Florida.
